Our Fabric Production

The production capacity of the UZTEXTILE GROUP USA enterprise – Cotton gray fabric – 17,000 tons per year – Dyed fabric – 9,200 tons per year.
The fabric is made of high-quality yarn of factory’s own production.

Types of manufactured products: filling knit, interlock, ribbing 1*1-2*2, velour, French terry two-threaded and French terry three-threaded; Yarn No. 20/1, 24/1, 30/1, 40/1, the types of yarn are combed, combed compacted and carded, fabric 100% cotton, also produced with elastane 5.8% and polyester 20%, it all depends on the density desired by the customer. Manufactured fabric in open width (roll) and in sleeve (bundle).
The group of companies offers a wide range of knitted fabrics from its own warehouse, as well as the possibility of making fabrics for individual orders of sewing companies. Both cotton and blended fabric, which is always available in the company’s stock, estimates more than 19O items: ribbon (carded and combed), filling knit – supreme (carded and combed), Lactose – pique (carded and combed), interlock (carded and combed), French terry with and without fleece, velour, selenic, spandex, etc.
